Buying Administrator – Full time, Permanent
Reporting to: Buying Admin Manager
Salary: £9.00 per hour rising to £9.50.
Range of Responsibilities
· Administer pricing across the EPOS system whether new or changed pricing, accurately and within an agreed time frame.
· Support the creation of all new products into the EPOS system.
· Conduct testing of all price files prior to launch.
· Generate reports for finance to ensure correct invoicing.
· Follow all business processes to ensure data is right first time.
· Contribution towards improving the efficiency of the buying admin process.
· Excellent IT Skills inc Microsoft Office and Excel
· Good Customer Service skills
· Qualified to A Level or above and GCSE English & Maths Grade C or above.
· Self-motivated and able to work independently
