Job Description

Our client distributes their product globally and is looking for an experienced administrator who can work across multiple functions of the business.

Hours of Work: 8.15am-4.30pm Mon – Thurs 8am-3.15pm Fri

Range of Responsibilities

  • Dealing with incoming calls and queries that come in via email
  • General administration and data entry
  • Purchase Ledger & Bookkeeping Support using Sage 50
  • Communicating clearly across all levels of the business

Skills Required

  • Admin, accounts admin experience
  • Experience on Sage 50 desirable but not essential
  • Excel experience to an intermediate level desirable
  • Ability to handle incoming calls
