This is a great opportunity for a senior administrator or a recent graduate to join a busy team. I can also consider candidates looking for a 3rd year sandwich placement as part of their degree course.
Graduates/sandwich year students
You will have completed or are currently studying a relevant degree (or equivalent) – Business Management, Internal Audit etc.
You will be able to demonstrate a keenness to learn and further develop in a busy and regulated environment.
A background in audit or standards would be really useful. A strong administration background is essential, with confident manner when dealing with colleagues and managers.
Key duties will include:
Ensuring site management systems are kept up to date
Assisting with the implementation and maintenance of relevant business standards
Managing and executing site audits
Ensuring corrective action is carried out
Compiling statistical data, writing report summaries.
Candidates may need to travel to other site so, couple with office location, own transport is essential
