My Daresbury (Warrington)- based client is looking for an experienced Administrator and Customer Service Representative to start a short-term temporary role as soon as possible.

The role is full time for a period of 2 – 3 months and will pay an hourly rate of £10/hour.

All candidates must be able to commute or drive to the site and this is not considered a remote role.

The Role involves

Dealing with incoming orders through telephone and email.

Inputting the orders accurately ensuring all prices and customer specifications are met.

Addressing any problems with the order are addressed and dealt with efficiently and communicated to all parties.

Ensuring all compliance documentation is completed and issued correctly.

Working closely with all parts of the supply chain to ensure maximum efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Maintaining the company database to ensure all information us accurate and up to date.

The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years-experience in an admin/ office / customer service role. 

And will also have:

Excellent Telephony, IT and Microsoft package skills.

Excellent communication skills across all platforms and with all stakeholders in the organisation.

Experience in administration.

GCSE Maths and English C or Above.

The ability to work methodically, accurately and thrive under pressure.
