Working closely with the Project Delivery Manager, the key duties will include:
- Logging and coordinating the compilation of all incoming and outgoing project documentation
- Raising purchase order requests
- Participating in specific project and client meetings, taking minutes
- Handling all incoming calls relating to projects
- Acting as point of contact for travel and accommodation requests with each project
- Assisting Project Managers/Engineers with report preparation
- Compiling monthly project reports
Key skills and experience required:
- Strong communication skills – written and verbal
- Ability to prioritise workload and work to set deadlines
- Proactive, can do attitude
- Good working knowledge of MS Office and basic understanding of Adobe Acrobat preferred
- NVQ Level 3 in business Administration would be a strong advantage
- Previous experience in an administration role is essential
Hours of work: Monday – Friday, 9.00am – 5.00pm
Holidays: 25 days + bank holidays
Own transport required due to office location.
