Working closely with the Project Delivery Manager, the key duties will include:

 

  • Logging and coordinating the compilation of all incoming and outgoing project documentation
  • Raising purchase order requests
  • Participating in specific project and client meetings, taking minutes
  • Handling all incoming calls relating to projects
  • Acting as point of contact for travel and accommodation requests with each project
  • Assisting Project Managers/Engineers with report preparation
  • Compiling monthly project reports

 

Key skills and experience required:

  • Strong communication skills – written and verbal
  • Ability to prioritise workload and work to set deadlines
  • Proactive, can do attitude
  • Good working knowledge of MS Office and basic understanding of Adobe Acrobat preferred
  • NVQ Level 3 in business Administration would be a strong advantage
  • Previous experience in an administration role is essential

 

Hours of work: Monday – Friday, 9.00am – 5.00pm

Holidays: 25 days + bank holidays

 

Own transport required due to office location.
