My Crewe-based client is looking for an experienced administrator and receptionist who is a self-starter and tenacious.

The role is temporary to start with and may turn permanent for the right candidate.

£10/ hour 39 hours per week, Monday to Friday.

The role includes:

  • Manning a busy front desk and answering incoming calls.
  • Gathering customer information
  • Inputting information in to the in-house system accurately and under pressure of time.
  • Communicating across all levels of the business, sharing information as needed.

The ideal candidate will be:

  • Proactive and capable of multitasking without getting flustered.
  •  Experienced with Microsoft Office including outlook
  • The holder of a driving license and with own transport
  • An excellent communicator both written and spoken.
