My client is looking for an exceptional administrator to join their procurement team to cover Maternity Leave.

Working closely with the Procurement Manager, the successful candidate will need to demonstrate the following skill set:

  • High level of numeracy skills
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Excellent IT skills – in particular Microsoft Excel
  • Confident communication skills
  • Ability to deliver at pace, in a fast moving environment
  • Process driven
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail

The role will initially involve dealing with a high number of queries regarding queries/errors within the company invoicing system, but will in time move more into material planning.  It could suit someone who has worked within a financial admin role previously.

This is a great opportunity to work in a highly analytical and disciplined environment, where you can use your numeracy and mathematical skills.

Candidates will ideally be educated to degree level (or equivalent) in Economics or will have relevant work experience.
