Job Description

Meadowbank Associates are currently recruiting for an experienced Accounts Administrator to join their client based in Whitchurch.

The role will be working on a full-time basis to support the Accounts office in their daily duties for approximately 3 months.

The role will involve:

  • Purchase and Sales Ledger
  • Creating and sending out invoices, care and attention to detail is essential
  • Using and managing Microsoft Navision a.k.a Dynamics Navision.
  • Adhoc admin duties when required including filing, data entry and scanning documents

The successful candidate will have experience of working in a financial environment previously and possess very good Excel skills.

Hours of work are 9am to 5pm, Monday to Friday.

Ideally you will:

  • Have a pro-active approach to work
  • Show a willingness to want to make a difference and get ‘stuck in’
  • Ability to work in a small team
  • Have excellent communication skills
  • IT literate
