Job Description ACCOUNT MANAGER/FIELD SALES - Hereford/Worcester/Oxford/Gloucester Working for a company with a worldwide reputation for being "the best in the industry".   • You must be available on 20th August for an assessment day.
  • If successful you will be required to commit to an 8 week residential from w/c 7th October.
  • It is essential that Candidates are educated to degree level or equivalent.
  • Field sales experience is essential.  You will be managing your own Clients, who to see and how often.
  • A typical week will be 4 days of visiting 3 – 4 Customers per day, 1 day admin (working from home).
  • Unsociable hours are part of the process for duties such as occasional inspections that may need to be carried out at some point over the weekend or in the evening (you can arrange these at your convenience).  Out of hours pay applies.
  • You will be responsible for prospecting, generating your own appointments and developing relationships.
  • This role is fast paced, lots of up to the minute technology to aid the role.
  • Lots of support from the RSM, training plan for first 12 weeks on the job, 6-12 months before expecting a return for any new Account Manager.
