My client is a leading supplier of Garden Machinery and Arborist Equipment.

Their Cheshire-based showroom boasts the latest selection of Husqvarna Robotic Automowers, not to mention our vast inventory of garden machinery from other brand leaders including Stihl, Lawnflite, Hayter and more.

Due to their continued success, they are now looking for an experienced 4 Stroke Garden Machinery Mechanic to join their highly successful team of experts.

Job Role

• Servicing and repairing of garden machinery to the standard required by the Service Manager.
• Liaising with customers and registration of jobs when required.
• Completion of related job cards.
• Allocation of parts for each job.
• Assist in maintaining the cleanliness of the workshop.
• Ensure machine is cleaned ready for customer collection.
• Provide service support to all other departments as delegated by the Service Manager.
• Ensure due care is given to customer and company property.

• Respond to domestic and professional customer site call-outs to diagnose faults and successfully carry out repairs.
• Attend training courses as required by the company to maintain satisfactory levels of compliance and understanding of the latest products.

To be successful in the role of Garden Machinery Mechanic you will possess the following qualities:

• Experience – knowledge and experience of a variety of garden and commercial machinery
• Ability to diagnose faults
• Strong communication skills

• Full clean Driving Licence
• To have ambition and drive to grow your role and responsibilities within the company

This position is based in Cheshire but will require traveling out of area in a company vehicle.
