Terms and Conditions
The Absolute Solutions Group ‘Workers Win Weekly’ draw is open to all Temporary Workers working for Absolute Recruitment UK Ltd, Absolute Commercial Limited, Absolute Health and Care Ltd, Absolute Angels Domiciliary Care Ltd, Absolute Driving and Bralin Recruitment Ltd.
To qualify for the £500 prize award, the Temporary Worker must have worked all scheduled / requested hours during the draw week. For the avoidance of doubt, termination of Assignment on the grounds of unsatisfactory performance by the Temporary Worker will result in that Temporary Worker no longer being eligible for entry into the weekly draw.
For reasons of transparency and integrity, this draw will not be open to the immediate family members of (meaning spouse, parent, child, sibling, and their respective spouses) and/or those living in the same household (whether or not related) as the employees, officers and/or directors of any Absolute Solutions Group company.
Tax payments will be satisfied by The Absolute Solutions Group.
The winning entry will be selected at random by an electronic selector at 12pm on the Thursday following the draw week. The winning Temporary Worker will be announced after 4pm on the Thursday of each week where a draw is active.
Absolute reserves the right to publish or make available information that indicates that a valid award took place – for example, the name and town of residence of the Winner. Winners agree that they are willing for their name and photograph / video of the physical award to be featured on social media channels for publicity purposes. Award of the £500 prize will be dependent on the Temporary Worker’s agreement to participation in such publicity events. However, should a winner not wish for certain information not to be shared publicly, the Winner should inform Absolute in writing to Absolute Solutions Group, 12 – 14 Macon Court, Herald Drive, Crewe, Cheshire, CW1 6EA or by email to workerswinweekly@absol-group.com.
Payment will be made on the Friday following the draw week into a bank account nominated by the winner. Bank accounts must be in the winner’s name. No cash payments will be made to winners by any other means. Should payment be made to a bank account no longer used by the Winner, or be otherwise precluded from access by the Winner for any other reason, no additional payment will be made by the Absolute Solutions Group in respect of the prize.
The award is at the sole discretion of the Board and does not form part of the Temporary Workers’ contract. This draw may be ceased or amended, and these Terms may be amended at any time without notice. Such changes will be notified on this page. Any decision made in regard to the prize award, the weekly draw or these Terms and Conditions are the sole right of the Absolute Solutions Group and no correspondence will be entered into regarding such matters.
Governing Law; Jurisdiction: These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. This means that your participation in the weekly prize draw and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection therewith (including non-contractual disputes or claims), will be governed by English law.
